Michał has been advising international and domestic clients for over 20 years. His expertise covers merger control including assessing filing obligations and preparing merger control filings as well as antitrust advice ranging from cartel and abuse of dominance cases to leniency strategy and leniency filings, including forensic evaluation of evidence.
As preventive measures, Michał has developed tailor-made competition compliance programs and trained several thousand clients’ employees on the practical impact of competition law on their companies’ everyday operations.
Within his competition practice, Michał also advises on foreign direct investment and contractual advantage issues.
