dr Bartłomiej Kowalczyk
Bartłomiej has over 10 years of experience in providing legal services to foreign and Polish entities from various industries. He specializes in civil and commercial matters, but advises also on public procurement law, construction law and compliance.
He has significant experience in litigation. He successfully represented clients before courts (including Polish Supreme Court) and arbitration tribunals in numerous civil, commercial and labour disputes.
Bartłomiej holds a PhD degree in Legal Sciences from Jagiellonian University. His doctoral thesis concerned pleading defence of limitation in commercial arbitration. He was also a lecturer at the Chair of Civil Procedure at the Jagiellonian University.
