Gregor has over 20 years of experience in advising the most demanding international clients on complex legal matters. His practice focuses on banking and finance, capital markets, restructuring and Central and Eastern European transactions. He also has extensive expertise in regulatory law, with an emphasis on cross-border banking and brokering and M&A transactions.
