Ewa Mirska
Ewa has many years of experience in providing legal services to foreign and Polish entities gained in an international law firm and as director and head of the legal department of a French construction company.
She has advised at all stages of the construction process, starting from project preparation and structuring, contract negotiations through the construction phase, including claim management. For several years she managed a team of in-house lawyers, corporate and compliance practice, as well as coordinated the work of external law firms. She has managed court disputes involving both public and private entities.
Ewa has experience in providing corporate services to Polish and foreign companies, covering their day to day business activity, transformations, mergers and acquisitions and liquidations. She has also been involved in numerous labour law projects.
